Born from a season of stillness following decades of corporate leadership, Shemistry emerged when life demanded a deeper listening. After 25+ years of professional success, the question of balance lingered—until a profound awakening in 2012 revealed a sacred truth: balance is impossible without purpose.
In surrendering to the wisdom of God / Source / Universe, a new frequency of creation unfolded. One that reconnected mind, body, spirit, and soul. From this space, the My SHE Process was revealed—an alchemical journey of remembrance, embodiment, and transformation.
Shemistry Sanctuary & Retreat was created as a sacred container for this work. A space shaped by lived experience, divine guidance, and the collective wisdom of women encountered along the path. Here, balance is not chased—it is embodied. Purpose is not found—it is remembered.

Reservations are required and can be made by calling our Central Reservation. Reservationist are available 8:00am – 4:00pm daily. A credit card is required to book. Not open to the public so walk ins will not be admitted.
Please note that Shemistry welcomes guests age 16 and over. Physical ID required for Admission.

Check-in
Please arrive at Shemistry at 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We conduct a thorough overview of services with you in advance of you beginning your experience. Please be sure to complete the My She Experience Survey for personal guidance.
Holidays
Shemistry is closed on Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day. Holidays Rates apply to the following holiday weekends (Friday – Monday): Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Valentine’s Weekend.
The Lab Experience |
The Lab is an experience where age old natural home remedies meet progressive self care regimens through therapeutic herbal remedies, crystal healing and mindful activities. In the lab you will enjoy self expression in arts and crafts. Whether it be engaging in one of our classes to empower the mind, body and spirit by indulging in mocktail making or a spirited tincture to arouse the senses. You will find something for the adventurer in you, seeking to educate and evolve her experience. The Lab is open all day for your enjoyment. Check our daily schedule for upcoming activities.
The Spa Space |
The Spa is a space centered around mental and physical healing and well being . It offers a variety of relaxing, therapeutic body treatments to promote renewal. The Spa is designed for a self induced personal experience with guided suggestions on ways to make the most of each treatment. The activities you can select are detox foot baths, alchemic facials, yoni, personal salt sauna, steam sauna, soothing rain water bath, hydrotherapy cold and hot spas and many other services catered to your specific needs. Ask our receptionist to schedule a self care wellness experience.
The Farm Sanctuary |
The Farm is where you go to engage in nature, ground your senses and spiritually connect with plants and animals that support our daily ecosystem. In the sanctuary you can tree hug, bird, butterfly and honey bee watch; as well as witness the miracles of nature growing in our permaculture garden. We implement nature preserving, self sustaining practices like water reclamation, hydroponic and aquaponic growing principles and composting natural resources. We have fruit and vegetable orchards, mushrooms gardens and chicken/duck farms that supply food and nutrients to our onsite kitchen
Take your Shemistry experience home with you. Our on-site boutiques are stocked with holistic, herbal and energy products that support integration of the Shemistry experience at home. Our products from The lab, as well as our garden produced remedies can be purchased on line as well as our Shemistry gift cards are also available here online.
